USA Today bestselling author Suzanna Medeiros was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. Her love for the written word led her to pursue a degree in English Literature from the University of Toronto. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Education degree before deciding to pursue her first love—writing.
Suzanna is married to her own hero and survived raising twins. When she isn’t writing she loves reading, watching science fiction, and playing video games.

Suzanna read her first Harlequin Romance in middle school and graduated to Austen in high school. She credits Pride and Prejudice with kicking off her love affair with historical romances, and Persuasion with cementing that love.
She is currently writing Regency-set historical romances. While she lives predominantly in the past, she also loves contemporary and paranormal romances.
